T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined

Mr. Thomas also highlighted the SBA’s Emerging Leaders program, a valuable resource for those looking to launch or grow their businesses. This program equips business owners with the skills to overcome the constraints of your business’ growth and helps you to step forward with a new perspective on leader your team to success.

SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. may be for you if:

  • You have annual revenues of at least $250,000.
  • You have been in business for at least 3 years.
  • You have at least one employee, other than yourself.
  • You want to expand your knowledge and get expert help scaling your business.

“The SBA’s Emerging Leaders Program was instrumental in the success of my business.  It was in the inaugural class of 2017, where I meticulously crafted a comprehensive five-year strategic growth plan, which guided the expansion of McAleer’s Office Furniture, both in terms of revenue and geographic reach,” said Melissa Cross with McAleer’s Office Furniture. “The invaluable camaraderie and expertise shared among my fellow CEOs within this cohort not only enriched my networking endeavors but also fostered enduring friendships that continue to this day.  All business owners would benefit from this program!”

The application deadline for the current Emerging Leaders program cohort is approaching on April 28th.
