| In this presentation, titled “Between Town and Country: Dialogues between Mobile and the Black Belt,” Cartledge Blackwell will explore the deep and longstanding connections between Mobile and Alabama’s Black Belt. Economically, socially, politically, and culturally, these two regions are part of a shared story one that continues to shape the identity of the Gulf South. |
