Mobile, Ala. — Come celebrate this season of giving at the Mobile Parks and Recreation Department’s Christmas Extravaganza at the James Seals Community Center on Saturday, Dec. 20.

This free, family-friendly event is a collaboration between the City of Mobile and renowned shoe designer and native Mobilian Tyler Bailey. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Seals Community Center and will feature a variety of activities like bounce houses, lawn games, a bike raffle, crafts, Christmas music, photos with Santa, and a toy giveaway for children 12 and under.

If that wasn’t enough, this festive event will also include a free screening of the modern holiday classic Elf, staring Will Ferrell. There will also be free hot dogs, chips, popcorn, and drinks. Please note that snacks and the toy giveaway will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
