Mobile Chamber’s Kayla Byrne Named Mobile Bay Magazine 40 Under 40 Honoree
MOBILE, Ala. – The Mobile Chamber is proud to announce that Kayla Byrne, Director of Business Development, has been named one of Mobile Bay Magazine’s 2025 40 Under 40 honorees, recognizing her exceptional leadership, vision and contributions to economic growth across the Gulf Coast region.
In her role, Byrne leads the business development division for the Chamber’s economic development team, overseeing the daily operations of lead generation, site development, existing industry expansion and economic research. Her leadership has driven transformative projects that have delivered thousands of jobs and billions in investment to the Mobile region.

Since joining the Chamber as a Marketing and Research Manager, she has advanced through roles as Project Manager and now Director of Business Development. In May 2025, she was recognized nationally as one of North America’s Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect.
