Franklin Primary Health Center Promotes Mrs. Judy Stallworth to Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Mobile, Alabama – Franklin Primary Health Center (FPHC) is proud to announce the promotion of Mrs. Judy Stallworth to Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Her promotion reflects her many years of dedicated service to Franklin and the confidence their leadership has in her ability to help guide the organization into the future.
Mrs. Stallworth, formerly Judy Mitchell, has been part of the Franklin Family for 23 years, and has served as Chief Operations Officer for 11 years. Her leadership has helped guide Franklin through major milestones, expanded services, new locations, and continued efforts to meet the health care needs of underserved communities across Southwest Alabama.
With a background in nursing, quality and decades of executive leadership experience, Mrs. Stallworth brings both clinical knowledge and operational expertise to this new role. She has also earned several professional accomplishments, including board certifications in case management, certified professional in health care quality, and professional coding. Mrs. Stallworth is also a 2024 graduate of the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program. Her work has contributed to Franklin’s continued recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
Known for her reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to Franklin’s mission, Mrs. Stallworth has long been a trusted leader within the organization. She has worked closely with Mr. Charles White, Chief Executive Officer, and Franklin’s leadership team to support programs, strengthen operations, and ensure that patients continue to receive quality compassionate care.
