Franklin Maysville Medical Center Now Offering Pediatrics
Mobile, Alabama – Franklin Primary Health Center is proud to announce the addition of pediatric services at its Maysville Medical Center. The addition of pediatric services at Franklin Maysville Medical Center expands access to care for infants, children, and adolescents in the Mobile area and allows families to receive comprehensive, affordable, quality healthcare services closer to home.
Dr. Ryan Avery, MD will provide pediatric services for children ages 0-19 at the Maysville Center beginning July 1. Dr. Avery provides preventive care, well-child visits, immunizations, treatment of acute illnesses, management of chronic conditions, and comprehensive pediatric healthcare services designed to support children through every stage of development.
Dr. Avery graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Michigan before attending medical school at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences on St. Kitts in the Caribbean. He then completed his pediatric residency at Hurley Children’s Hospital in Flint, Michigan. Since joining Franklin Primary Health Center in 2022, Dr. Avery has provided compassionate, high-quality care to children and families throughout the communities Franklin Primary serves.
