United Way of Southwest Alabama has launched the Community Crisis Fund to bring the community together in support of families facing hunger and financial hardship. This fund will provide emergency financial assistance to local agencies that help families meet essential needs such as food, housing, healthcare, and childcare.

As the fund launches, United Way is contributing $10,000 to Feeding the Gulf Coast to strengthen food distribution efforts across Southwest Alabama and ensure families have reliable access to nutritious meals.

The Community Crisis Fund gives everyone in Southwest Alabama a way to get involved and help their neighbors during this challenging time. Donations will directly support emergency response and relief efforts throughout Choctaw, Clarke, Mobile, and Washington Counties.
