Mobile, AL, April 17, 2024 – The PACT Theatre Company is pleased to announce a new partnership with Spring Hill College beginning with the global sensation, SIX: The Musical (Teen Edition)! Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. The Kimmel Cultural Campus and The Shubert Organization are excited to present the Gulf Coast premiere of the Tony Award®-winning electrifying new musical phenomenon SIX by Tony Award® winners Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss at The Arelene Mitchell Theatre from April 25 – May 5, 2023. Inspired by the six wives of Henry VIII, this modern retelling of her-story is part of the 2024 season at The PACT Theatre Company.

From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the microphone to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st-century girl power! This new original musical is the global sensation everyone is losing their head over! The New York Times says SIX is “pure entertainment!” the Evening Standard hails SIX as “the most uplifting new British musical I have ever had the privilege to watch.”

The PACT Theatre Company & Spring Hill College is excited to announce a new partnership where The PACT Theatre Company will host classes, productions and much more in the Arlene Mitchell Theater on the historic campus.

“We’re excited about this collaboration and hope it will lead to many more opportunities. We’re also looking forward to bringing even more Mobilians to our gorgeous campus,” Provost Rebecca Cantor said.

Founded in 2018, PACT strives to produce unique stories that engage and inspire the Gulf Coast community. Last November, to enhance the audience experience, the company produced Disney’s “Tarzan: The Musical” outdoors at Langan Park. Over 500 people attended the final showing.
