Senior Bowl Announces Muscadine Bloodline as 2026 Friday Night Street Party Concert Act
Mobile, AL – The Senior Bowl, set for Saturday, January 31, at 1:30 p.m. at Hancock Whitney Stadium, is excited to announce Muscadine Bloodline as the concert for the 2026 Friday Night Street Party. The Mobile-born country duo will take the stage for the Senior Bowl’s annual free concert at Mardi Gras Park on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
The Senior Bowl will once again kick off Mardi Gras season with its annual Player Parade, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The parade travels the traditional route from the Renaissance Hotel on Royal Street, then west along St. Francis Street past Bienville Square. Fans can take photos, get high-fives from the players, and enjoy appearances by college mascots, local dignitaries, and the New Orleans Saints Cheer Krewe, preceding the Conde Cavaliers parade.
Immediately following the parade, fans are invited to a free concert at Mardi Gras Park featuring Muscadine Bloodline at 7:30 p.m.
“The Senior Bowl is all about celebrating our community, and there’s no better way to do that than by bringing home a band that represents Mobile so well,” said the Senior Bowl Executive Director Drew Fabianich. “Muscadine Bloodline’s connection to this city and their incredible rise in country music make them the perfect group to help us kick off Senior Bowl weekend and welcome fans to Mobile from across the nation.”
For nearly a decade, Muscadine Bloodline have delivered a soulful, potent form of country music shaped by their Alabama heritage, and with their latest body of work they’ve dug deeper into those roots than ever before, crafting songs inspired by the places they know best—from the blue-collar melting pot of their coastal hometown to bustling Cajun fishing villages, desolate timberlands, and the untamed, idyllic spaces where they ran wild as kids. The Coastal Plain marks the latest turn in a career that has included three acclaimed albums, a standing ovation at their 2018 Grand Ole Opry debut, and countless sold-out shows across the country as an emphatically independent act, all fueled by a sharpened creative vision. Their rising momentum is underscored by major accolades, including an ACM 2025 Duo of the Year nomination, touring with Post Malone in 2024 with a stop at the 10,000-seat Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, performing at Red Rocks with Red Clay Strays, and taking the stage at Madison Square Garden with Lainey Wilson.
