Sam Winter & Company is a residential real estate company serving buyers and sellers throughout Mobile and Baldwin counties. Founded in 2013 by Broker and Owner Sam Winter, the company has built its reputation on local expertise, integrity, innovation and personalized service.

Winter began his real estate career in 2004 with a goal of becoming an entrepreneur. Nine years later, he founded Sam Winter & Company. The company opened its first office in Midtown before moving to Downtown Mobile a year later, where it operated for the next decade.

In 2025, the company began searching for a new location and found a unique opportunity at 2657 Old Shell Road, a former Phillips 66 service station. After several months of renovations, the building was transformed into a modern real estate office while retaining elements of the original design and character.

Today, Sam Winter & Company has grown to a team of nine professional agents with extensive market knowledge, expertise and connections throughout the region. Since its founding, the company has helped more than 785 clients buy and sell real estate, representing more than $233 million in sales volume between 2013 and 2025. Revenue increased from 2024 to 2025, driven by the addition of two agents, continued economic growth across Mobile and Baldwin counties and the company’s ongoing relationships with past clients.

Customer service remains at the center of the company’s approach. The team focuses on providing buyers and sellers with a high level of personal attention, professional guidance and market expertise throughout the real estate process. Customer reviews, personal thank-you letters and referrals have helped demonstrate the lasting relationships the company has built with its clients.

Sam Winter & Company has also made a lasting commitment to the Mobile business community. The company has been a member of the Mobile Chamber since 2013, while Winter has been a Chamber member since 2004. The company was previously recognized as the Mobile Chamber’s Small Business of the Month in June 2016, and agent Jacey Curington serves as a Mobile Chamber Ambassador. Team members regularly participate in Chamber events and remain engaged with the broader business community, including through Young Professionals of Mobile.

During the company’s 10th anniversary celebration, the foundation invested $10,000 in grants for Goodwill Gulf Coast’s Kaleidoscope Adult Day Program, Municipal Park Baseball, Dog River Clearwater Revival and the Mobile Symphony Youth Orchestra.
