Mobile Chamber’s Liv Griffiths Promoted to Talent and Workforce Programs Manager
MOBILE, Ala. – The Mobile Chamber is proud to announce the promotion of Liv Griffiths to Talent and Workforce Programs Manager, strengthening the organization’s efforts to connect employers, educators and workforce partners to support economic growth and talent development across the region.
In her new role, Griffiths will support employer engagement, coordinate workforce pipeline initiatives and help advance workforce strategy through program implementation.
“Enhancing workforce development and creating a sustainable talent pipeline are crucial to the continued success of our community,” Griffiths said. “I’m excited to take on a role that allows me to directly contribute to this work and support our region’s long-term workforce needs.”
Griffiths has served as Economic Development Coordinator with the Mobile Chamber since 2024, providing administrative and program support across business development, existing industry, workforce development and talent attraction initiatives.
“Liv has been a vital part of our economic development team,” said Kellie Snodgrass, director of workforce development for the Mobile Chamber. “Her knowledge, passion and work ethic will serve our workforce efforts well moving forward.”
