MOBILE, AL — Mobile Ballet unveils Katia Garza’s fresh interpretation of Cinderella this March, transforming the beloved story into a month of magical experiences featuring the new ballet production at the Saenger, performances for K-12 students, and an enchanting fundraiser.

Cinderella Ballet Performances

Mobile Ballet debuts Katia Garza’s captivating new interpretation of the classic Cinderella ballet at the Saenger Theatre in Mobile. Set to Sergei Prokofiev’s beloved score, this fresh production weaves together beautiful dancing, dazzling scenery, and timeless fairytale magic. The Mobile Ballet Company will be joined by professional guest artists and student dancers for two performances that promise to delight audiences of all ages.

Discover Dance Student Performances

Mobile Ballet’s Discover Dance program will also present two performances of Cinderella staged exclusively for K-12 student field trips—one at the Saenger in Mobile and one at Coastal Alabama Community College in Bay Minette.

Cinderella’s Tea Party Fundraiser

Mobile Ballet will host Cinderella’s Tea Party on March 15 at the historic Bragg-Mitchell Mansion, supporting the organization’s educational programs and student scholarships. This magical family-friendly afternoon will feature a sneak-peek performance from the upcoming Cinderella ballet, cast meet-and-greet, photo opportunities, storytime, treats, activities, and a silent auction.

Tickets are $45 per person. Tickets to attend this event sold out quickly, but a waiting list is available. The community can still support this important fundraiser through sponsorship opportunities and donations.
