Stephanie Groves, P.E., has been an integral part of GSE for more than 12 years, serving as the Civil Engineering Department Manager and the Project Support Department Manager. With 30 years in the engineering industry, Groves’ depth of experience encompasses roles for clients including Aumovio Autonomous Mobility (formerly known as Continental Automotive), SSAB, and Aurubis. A University of Alabama alumna and LEED AP-certified professional, she has earned recognition as GSE’s permitting expert, lending invaluable insight into complex projects.

He now serves as GSE’s Director of Operations and a member of the Electrical Engineering team. Stubstad’s strategic direction and operational leadership have been vital in advancing GSE’s mission.
