BOO! PROJECT TURNS HALLOWEEN TRICKERY INTO A COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER

Last Updated: September 11, 2025By Tags:

[Mobile, AL – September 8, 2025] – This Halloween season, Fuse Project is bringing a twist to a beloved tradition with the 3rd annual BOO! Project, a fundraiser that turns neighborhood trickery into a powerful way to support children’s education.

BOO! Project invites community members to spread Halloween cheer while making a meaningful impact. Participants can purchase a BOO! Project Kit, which includes a spooky yard sign and a festive goody bag. The fun begins when the BOO! sign and treats are secretly delivered to a friend or neighbor’s doorstep, continuing the chain of excitement as each recipient passes on the BOO.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Order Your BOO! Project Kit: Purchase your kit online starting September 8, 2025, and deliveries will begin September 29. The kits are available to residents of Mobile and Baldwin counties, with multiple sign orders delivered to the purchaser’s address for distribution.

BOO! Your Friends and Neighbors: Once your kit arrives, it’s time to surprise your neighbors! Place the BOO! sign in their yard and leave the treats at their door. Then, watch as the Halloween fun spreads throughout your neighborhood.

Share the Fun: Capture the moment by taking photos and videos of your BOO! escapades. Share them on social media using #BOOProject2025, and don’t forget to tag @fuseproject on Facebook and Instagram to encourage others to join in the fun.

Make an Impact: Each BOO! Kit purchased helps fund educational opportunities for students in the Avenue community. Last year, the BOO! Project raised over $13,000 and reached 16 local zip codes. This year, Fuse Project aims to surpass that milestone, with all proceeds supporting our ABC Academic Support Programs for children in the Avenue community.

“BOO! Project is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a chance for the community to make memories together, enjoy the Halloween spirit, and make a lasting difference in the lives of local children,” said Mary Frances Clarke, Development Director of Fuse Project. “We encourage everyone to join us in creating a magical experience for your neighborhood while giving back to the community.”

BOO! Project is part of Fuse Project’s Light the Fuse annual fundraising campaign with generous support from our sponsors, Pannini Senior Bowl, USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital, Print King, and Harvey & Thomas Orthodontics. Kits will be available for purchase through October 28, 2025, or until supplies last.
