The 2026 Alabama Manufacturer of the Year (MOTY) Awards are now accepting nominations! This prestigious program recognizes the manufacturers that drive innovation, workforce development, operational excellence, and economic growth across Alabama.

Presented through a partnership between the Alabama Training Network (ATN), the Business Council of Alabama (BCA), and Manufacture Alabama, the MOTY Awards celebrate companies that demonstrate exceptional leadership, employee commitment, community impact, and manufacturing success.

Awards are presented in four categories:

• Small Manufacturer of the Year (1–99 employees)
• Medium Manufacturer of the Year (100–399 employees)
• Large Manufacturer of the Year (400+ employees)
• Emerging Manufacturer of the Year (10 years in operation or less)

Any manufacturer operating in Alabama may be nominated by a customer, supplier, employee, community member, or company representative. Nominations are open through July 3, 2026, and completed applications must be submitted by July 24, 2026.

Finalists will be recognized, and winners will be announced at the 2026 Alabama Manufacturer of the Year Awards Ceremony in Montgomery.
