Mobile, Alabama – Franklin Primary Health Center (FPHC) is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Patricia James, PhD, RDN, LNHA, CHC as Chief Operating Officer. Her appointment reflects Franklin’s continued commitment to expanding access to comprehensive, integrated behavioral health services for individuals and families across the communities it serves.

Dr. James brings more than 35 years of diverse experience in health care in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, including more than 18 years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  Before coming to Franklin, she was the Executive Director of Allen Health & Rehabilitation in Mobile since 2022.

Her vast experience as a health care administrator in Southwest Alabama makes her a perfect fit to help Franklin Primary Health Center navigate now and grow into the future.  She specializes in strategic guidance and driving organizational excellence, operational efficiency, and effective communication to streamline employee workflows and create better outcomes for patients.  She is also a bestselling author and pastor.
