Mobile, Ala. — Mobilians and visitors are invited to ‘Come and Sea’ the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico during an upcoming Family Fun Day event on Saturday, October 19.

The event promises a day of exploration and entertainment for guests of all ages. Admission to the museum will be FREE from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.! This is an excellent opportunity for the whole family to experience engaging exhibits like Combat to Commerce, Take the Helm, Ocean Planet, Discovery Hull, and E.O. Wilson’s Field Lab.

There will also be door prizes, giveaways, and a grand opening celebration for the Fresh Fruit Café, which will soon offer new and delicious options at the museum.

During the Family Fun Day activities on Oct. 19, Kona Ice will serve tasty treats, DJ Tech will provide family-friendly music, and Mobile’s own Azalea Trail Maids will be there to welcome visitors.
