36th Annual Greer’s/Goodwill Gulf Coast Golf Tournament: A Great Success

The 36th Annual Greer’s/Goodwill Gulf Coast Golf Tournament was a big success!

With perfect weather and over 170 golfers on the course, local businesses, community leaders, and golf enthusiasts came together to support Goodwill’s mission—empowering individuals through job training, education, and employment services.

The Crossings Course winning team was Wesley Brittain, Hunter Brittain, Tate Brand, and Garrett Brand. The Falls Course winning team was Keith Palmer, Burns McNeill, Blair Varnes, and Tim Lee.

The tournament was founded in 1990 by Mitt and Sara Boyd in honor of their grandson, David Boyd Cox, along with members of the Greer family. This tournament continues to change lives across our Gulf Coast community.

We’re especially thankful for Greer’s Markets for over 36 years of partnership and purpose. And many thanks to our 2025 Hole-In-One Sponsors: Palmer’s Toyota Superstore, Palmer’s Airport Hyundai, and Thames Batré Insurance.

“We are incredibly grateful to Greer’s Markets for their unwavering support and generosity in sponsoring the Golf Tournament for over 30 years. Greer’s dedication to giving back truly embodies the spirit of making a difference, and we are honored to have them as a longstanding partner in building brighter futures,” Frank Harkins, Goodwill Gulf Coast CEO, said.

Thank you to everyone who played, sponsored, and supported!
