2025 Senior Lifestyle Expo Returns to Mobile and Baldwin County to Celebrate Healthy Aging, Connection, and Community.

The highly anticipated Senior Lifestyle Expo is set to return to our area bringing together older adults, caregivers, and industry professionals for featured exhibits, health and wellness information, food, and excitement in Mobile on October 2, 2025, at The Grounds and on October 30, 2025 at the Baldwin County Coliseum in Robertsdale.
The Senior Lifestyle Expo is the Gulf Coast’s premier event dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults and focuses on proactive wellness, lifestyle learning, and community connection.
Attendees can expect a wide range of exhibits from local vendors, free health screenings, and entertainment. Key highlights include:
- From 65 to 80 various exhibitors featuring healthcare providers, financial advisors, retirement communities, and lifestyle products.
- Health & Wellness – offering seasonal vaccinations and health screenings.
- Free Lunch to enjoy onsite or take home.
- Prizes and Giveaways including games throughout the event.
A Resource for Families and Caregivers
“At the heart of our community are the older adults who’ve paved the way for us all,” said Julie McGee, AAA Director. “Hosting the Senior Lifestyle Expo is our way of giving back—by connecting seniors, families, and caregivers with the tools, resources, and relationships that enrich lives and strengthen our community.”
Admission to the Senior Lifestyle Expo is free and open to the public. Free parking and shuttle services will be available throughout The Grounds parking area in Mobile. Attendees should come prepared to walk throughout the many exhibits and enjoy.
