Congratulations to Rock & Roll Offs for being selected as a Mobile Chamber Small Business of the Year Finalist.

Rock & Roll Offs’ mission is to deliver exceptional dumpster and portable toilet rental services to commercial, residential, industrial, contractor and event clients. They are committed to providing reliable, efficient and sustainable waste management and sanitation solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Through outstanding service and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility, Rock & Roll Offs strives to be a trusted partner in waste management and sanitation.

Company History and Growth

Originally founded as The Can Man in 2019, the company offered quality dumpster rentals in various sizes, ranging in sizes from 10 to 30 yards. The business was born out of a need for better service after encountering delays and poor customer support from other dumpster rental companies.

The founder recognized a gap in the Mobile area for a company that could deliver excellent customer service, timely deliveries and clean, high-quality products. Starting with one truck and six dumpsters, the company quickly grew, expanding its fleet and product offerings to additional 50 dumpsters.By 2020, the fleet included three trucks and another 50 additional dumpsters.

In 2022, the company rebranded as Rock & Roll Offs, introducing rock and dirt hauling services with the addition of two dump trucks. That same year, they launched a portable toilet rental division, starting with 100 units and a specialized “potty truck” (Betty Poop #1789). The portable toilet division grew rapidly, driven by a focus on cleanliness, premium features like attendants, hand sanitizer and handwashing stations. The company also offers restroom trailers ranging from 3-stall to 8-stall units.

As of 2024, Rock & Roll Offs operates four hook lift trucks with more than 150 dumpsters and three potty trucks with more than 300 portable toilet units, servicing an ever-growing customer base that includes residential, commercial, contractor, industrial and event clients.

Community Engagement and Chamber Involvement
Rock & Roll Offs believes in giving back to the community. The company volunteers and provides in-kind sponsorships to various organizations, including Infinite Opportunities, Mobile Baykeeper, Dog River Clearwater Revival, Fishing with Autism, Women’s Resource Center and Impact 100, among others.

The company has been widely recognized for its contributions. In 2022, Rock & Roll Offs was named Business of the Year by both the SouthWest Mobile Chamber of Commerce and the Semmes Chamber of Commerce. The Mobile Chamber also honored them as Small Business of the Month in October 2022. In November 2022, the company was awarded Alabama Small Business of the Year – Silver in the Emerging category by the Business Council of Alabama and Chamber of Commerce Association in Birmingham. They also received the Governor’s Award for Coastal Cleanup from Alabama PALS.

In addition to these awards, Rock & Roll Offs’ founder, Rocky Fremin, has been recognized with several individual honors. She was named Contributor of the Year by the mayor of Semmes in 2022 and was also the Grand Marshal of the Semmes Christmas Parade. In 2023, she received the Contributor of the Year award from Infinite Opportunities and Rock & Roll Offs was recognized for Outstanding Service by the Saraland Chamber for her contributions to the City of Saraland.
