Keith Air Conditioning’s story began in 1964, when Stan Keith transitioned from Equipment Sales Corporation to establish the company’s current form. Guided by a commitment to the gold standard in HVAC service and installation, the company built a reputation for quality. Stan’s son, Wayne Keith, assumed leadership in the 1990s, expanding a loyal customer base and elevating the company’s customer service excellence. Today, under the guidance of President Brent Keith Vice President Matt Keith the company continues to grow while staying true to its founding principles.

For 60 years, Keith Air Conditioning has been a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, a reflection of its unwavering commitment to quality. In addition to residential and light-commercial HVAC service, the company expanded after Hurricane Katrina to include standby generator installation, service and maintenance.

Keith Air Conditioning’s leadership consistently seeks ways to improve the customer experience while fostering growth for employees and the company. Keith leadership has empowered every one of it’s employees to be able to educate customers or potential customers on the importance of routine HVAC system maintenance and the benefits of a Keith Air Conditioning maintenance plan. In 2019 and 2023, Keith Air Conditioning achieved the coveted Carrier President’s Award, a prestigious honor for outstanding dealerships.

Keith Air Conditioning’s dedication extends beyond its customers to the broader community. Current members of the Mobile Chamber’s Advisory Board, the Keith family’s involvement in the Chamber includes Wayne Keith’s service on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Executive Roundtable. The Keith family has been active in numerous organizations, with leadership roles on boards such as Mobile Baykeeper, the Red Cross and United Cerebral Palsy. Brent Keith, a 2017 graduate of Leadership Mobile, continues this legacy of community engagement.
