We are delighted to announce that Leon Bell, Jr. has joined Housing First Inc. as our new Director of Community Outreach. Leon brings a wealth of experience, a passion for community engagement, and a proven track record of leadership that aligns perfectly with our mission to serve those experiencing homelessness in Mobile County and Baldwin Counties.

Leon is a proud graduate of the University of Mobile. As a dynamic leader, he excels in strategic planning, program execution and leadership development. His work as the Pastor of St. Joseph Baptist Church has been instrumental in fostering strong, supportive communities, and his leadership style is marked by compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to service. Leon’s expertise also extends to financial management, where he is adept at budgeting, accounts reconciliation, and grant administration.

Leon’s appointment as our new Director of Community Outreach marks a significant step forward for Housing First. We are confident that under his leadership, our outreach programs will continue to grow and thrive, helping us make an even greater impact on the lives of those we serve.
