Spanish Fort, Ala. – Bellator Real Estate announced a new partnership during their annual B More. Awards Celebration on Feb. 6 and Feb. 7. Troy Wilson, president of Bellator Real Estate, shared he and Geoff Stacey, COO and vice president, along with two partners have successfully acquired Nathan Cox’s (68 Ventures) remaining ownership in Bellator Real Estate. This marks a significant milestone for Bellator, as it solidifies the leadership team’s complete control over the company’s future direction. David Sansing and Frank White join Wilson and Stacey as partners of Bellator.

Wilson expressed sincere appreciation for Cox’s invaluable contributions to Bellator’s growth over the past 12 years. “This was the next logical step for Geoff and me, along with David and Frank to purchase the balance of the company from Nathan,” said Wilson. “We all mutually agreed this was a good time to make this transition.” “We’re so happy to share our future plan with all of you today as we celebrate your 2023 successes.”

Over 200 agents were recognized for their achievements in 2023. Bellator Real Estate closed $684.8 million in residential and commercial transactions in 2023, ranking Bellator the number one real estate firm along the Gulf Coast for the seventh consecutive year.

Daniela Nielsen (Eastern Shore office) was honored with the 2023 Eric A. Jones award, given to a Bellator agent, who in the eyes of his and her peers, demonstrates a tireless pursuit for excellence in every endeavor, with a selfless attitude and an overall zest for the real estate profession. Daniela serves on the Bellator Agent Advisory Council, she is a mentor to new agents, she supports her local school community with teacher appreciation events, as well as local sports teams, Toys for Tots, Bellator Adopt a Veteran and so much more.

Kristina Childress (Fairhope office) was selected as the 2023 Dana M. Carter Above and Beyond Award recipient. The Dana M. Carter Award celebrates a full-time staff member who displays a selfless, supportive, and giving attitude toward agents throughout the year.

Brianna Johnson (Eastern Shore Office) received the Eastern Shore Division’s Rookie of the Year.
