MYER Industries Investing $2.3 Million in New Mobile County Manufacturing Headquarters and Production Facility

MOBILE, Ala. – MYER Industries LLC plans to invest $2.3 million to establish a new manufacturing headquarters and production facility in Grand Bay, creating 24 jobs over the next four years.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of MYER Companies, MYER Industries LLC has acquired an existing industrial facility at 12780 Saeger Road in Mobile County and will renovate and upgrade the property to consolidate its ASME-certified fabrication operations into a dedicated production facility.
“In the short time since this division was launched, the talented team at MYER Industries has quickly built a reputation as a premier ASME fabricator, and this new facility will give us foundation to reach even greater heights”, said Bradley Myer, general manager of MYER Industries. “We are proud to continue investing into our people, our community and in the future of American manufacturing right here in Mobile County.”
MYER Industries LLC specializes in the fabrication of custom pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process equipment and other heavy industrial products. The company serves customers in the industrial, chemical, marine, and process industries throughout the Gulf Coast region and beyond.
Founded in 2013, the group of MYER Companies now collectively includes more than 200 teammates across a broad range of manufacturing and field service capabilities. MYER was recognized as the 2025 Manufacturer of the Year by the Mobile Chamber.
“MYER has been a fixture in Mobile’s industrial community for more than a decade, growing from a small, family-owned company into an industry leader,” said Mobile Chamber President and CEO Bradley Byrne. “This investment represents the next chapter in that success story, creating high-paying jobs, expanding the company’s manufacturing capabilities and positioning MYER for continued growth right here in Mobile County.”
“When companies already doing business in Mobile County choose to expand here, it reinforces what we know: Mobile County is a great place to invest, manufacture and build a business,” said Mobile County Commission President Connie Hudson. “MYER Industries’ investment in Grand Bay strengthens our industrial base, creates quality jobs for our residents and contributes to the long-term economic success of our community.”
Construction is expected to begin in July 2026, with the facility scheduled to become operational in August 2026.
