The Shoulder of the Central Gulf Coast Seeks Sponsors for 41st Anniversary Fundraiser Banquet
DAPHNE, Ala. – The Shoulder of the Central Gulf Coast is inviting businesses, organizations and community members to partner with the organization for its 41st Anniversary Fundraiser Banquet on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, at the Daphne Civic Center.
The Shoulder’s mission is to restore individuals and their families who struggle with alcohol and drug abuse by providing quality, affordable treatment in a safe, secure Christian environment. The organization’s vision is to facilitate positive, long-lasting change in the lives of the clients it treats and within the communities it serves.
The work The Shoulder does matters not only to the individuals who walk through its doors, but also to their children, families, workplaces, churches, neighborhoods and the communities we all share. When one person finds recovery, the impact reaches far beyond that individual. Families begin to heal. Parents are reunited with children. Individuals return to the workforce. Communities become safer, stronger and more hopeful.
The Shoulder’s approach is built on The Three Pillars: recovery orientation, the 12 Steps and spirituality. Through these pillars, the organization provides treatment, support, structure, accountability and hope to men and women who are working to rebuild their lives.
The Shoulder is currently seeking sponsors for this year’s banquet, as well as donations for the event’s silent auction. Sponsorship opportunities are available at several levels, and silent auction donations may include gift baskets, gift cards, products, services, experiences or other items your business, church or organization would like to contribute.

By partnering with The Shoulder, sponsors help support a mission that provides individuals and families with the opportunity to experience recovery and lasting transformation. Every contribution helps further the organization’s commitment to restoring lives and strengthening the communities it serves.
The Shoulder of the Central Gulf Coast is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations and sponsorships are tax deductible as allowed by law.
To learn more about becoming a sponsor, donating an item or purchasing tickets, please contact The Shoulder of the Central Gulf Coast.
The Shoulder would be honored to have your support as it continues this important mission of helping restore lives through recovery.
