Hargrove to Lead FEL-1 Study Supporting U.S. Critical Minerals Supply Chain
Mobile, AL – Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is pleased to announce its role in supporting the Front-End Loading 1 (FEL-1) engineering study for proposed downstream manganese processing facilities associated with the North Star Manganese Project being advanced by Electric Metals (USA) Limited.
