Anteambulo Operating Technology Construction Services Inc (AOTCS) welcomed the first three apprentices into its new Registered Apprenticeship Program, marking an important milestone in advancing workforce development in the region. The program provides hands-on job training (OJT) supported by foundational instruction in Operational Technology as AOTCS provides Design Build Automate Maintain (DBAM) Solutions to the Gulf Coast Marketplace.
This achievement was made possible through partnerships with Dr. Latitia McCane, the Southwest Alabama Partnership for Training and Education, Bishop State Community College, the Alabama Office of Apprenticeship, the Mobile Area Education Foundation, ACCEL Academy, the Mobile County Public School System, and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, working together to create meaningful pathways to education and long-term career success.
