Premier Medical Group is proud to announce its Seventh Annual Gift of Hearing Event, a community initiative dedicated to helping individuals with hearing loss rediscover the sounds of life. Through this program, several brand-new sets of hearing aids will be donated to deserving members of our community.

If you or someone you know is experiencing hearing loss, we encourage you to participate in this life-changing opportunity.

How to Participate

Step 1: Qualify
To be eligible, candidates must:

• Be willing to complete a free hearing test at one of Premier Medical’s offices

• Be a member of the local community

Step 2: Enter
Submit a letter to Premier Medical Group telling your story—or nominate someone you know who could benefit from improved hearing. Please include the following details with your entry:

• First and last name

• Age

• Address

• Email (if applicable)

• Phone number

Step 3: Submit
Entries can be mailed or emailed using the following information:

Letters will be accepted from November 3 through November 27, and the winners will be announced on December 15.
