MOBILE, Ala. – The Senior Bowl and The New Orleans Saints Cheer Krewe are coming together to host a cheerleading and dance clinic on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 31 and Feb.1 on the University of South Alabama’s campus. The Senior Bowl/Saints Cheer Krewe clinic is a unique, professional-level training experience designed for ambitious high school performers ages 16+.

“The New Orleans Saints Cheer Krewe has been a great partner for years and we are excited to add this new cheer clinic to our game week calendar,” said Senior Bowl Executive Director Jim Nagy. “We included cheerleaders in our Turkey Bowl event this year, and this is the next step for us to do more for the cheerleaders and dancers in our community. By partnering with the Saints Cheer Krewe, high school performers from all over the state will be able to connect with, learn from, and perform with professional athletes.”

New Orleans Saints Director of Entertainment Teams Sara Anderson said, “We are thrilled to elevate our ongoing partnership with Reese’s Senior Bowl with the addition of a dance/cheer clinic. Being able to reach athletes with a love of dance and cheer on a deeper level is an incredible opportunity not only for those attending, but for our team as well.   • Clinic and performance practice: 12 – 3 p.m.

• Senior Bowl Player Parade Participation, Friday, Jan. 31, optional

• • Check in: 4:30 p.m.
  • Parade: 6 p.m.

• Senior Bowl Game Day, Saturday, February 1, 1:30 p.m. Kick Off

• • Check in: 8:30 a.m. Jaguar Training Center

• • • On-field performance practice

• • On-field performance during 3^rd quarter clock stoppage
