Loxley, AL (December 11, 2024) Despite the challenges faced by many restaurants, Aloha Hospitality, the parent company for Baumhower’s Victory Grille, Wingfingers, Dauphin’s, and Las Floriditas, has demonstrated an impressive 18% company-wide sales growth year-over-year.

“Aloha Hospitality has delivered a strong performance in the first three quarters of 2024, overcoming challenges from ongoing inflation, labor costs, and shortages,” declared Bob Baumhower, CEO. “Our substantial investments in our people, combined with our unwavering commitment to delivering value and culinary excellence through fresh, local food and ingredients, have led to a significant increase in guest numbers at our restaurants. This achievement perfectly aligns with our mission of providing a legendary dining experience to every guest, every time.”

The residents of Alabama have consistently embraced Baumhower’s Victory Grille as one of the top dining experiences in the state as voted on through various awards competitions including: Best All-Around Dining Experience, Best Wings, Best Sports Bar and Best Lunch.

Their fresh, never-frozen Buffalo-style chicken wings were recently ranked as the best in the state. Baumhower’s was the state’s first restaurant to offer buffalo-style chicken wings in 1981. Aloha Hospitality has recently opened two new Baumhower’s Victory Grilles in Foley and Troy, with Foley being the largest in the company’s portfolio. “Both additions have been huge wins for Aloha Hospitality, and we are excited about future growth opportunities in several key markets”, Baumhower stated.

This would include the Daphne location, a flagship restaurant in the portfolio since 2002, that underwent a comprehensive makeover earlier in the year. This transformation included the addition of high-profile graphics showcasing local high school and college sports programs and celebrities, prominently displayed along the interior wall of the dining area. The restaurant now boasts the largest TV walls in the market, along with new audio, AV and a TV package that make you feel like you’re at the game. Additionally, there is a state-of-the art outdoor seating area that includes conversation lounges, making Daphne more aligned with several of the newest locations in the portfolio.

For the past three years, Baumhower’s has been committed to providing value to their guests through their highly popular Inflation “Bites” menu. Fresh scratch-made meals start at just $7.99, and guests who dine in also receive a free beverage (Pepsi products or Red Diamond sweet/unsweet tea) when ordering any entrée or handheld item from this menu. The menu offers a variety of options including appetizers, handhelds, and hearty entrées, including the state’s best wings and the widely popular 1/3-pound custom OMAHA beef grind Tailgate Burger for $8.99.

“We are very blessed to be defying the industry trend by fighting to continue to give our guests value options instead of continuously implementing price increases,” stated Spencer Baumhower, President. “We are able to keep costs down due to our commitment of how much we prepare from scratch. By hand-cutting all our fresh chicken products in-house, making fresh sides and dressings, and bringing in fresh produce, we can dance around the pricey processed foods that most use. We have the best guests in the world and are very grateful for their continued loyalty over the past 43 years. The relationships with our guests and commitment to our team members are special and are 100% why we can celebrate one of the most successful years in the company’s history.”
