Mobile, Ala. — Domke Market, a West Mobile wine bar and market, will rebrand and expand to become Amici Trattoria, with new partners and fresh offerings for the Mobile area. The Italian restaurant and wine market concept is expected to open in mid-August 2024.

Amici Trattoria will open in a 4,500 sq. ft. space formerly occupied by Margaux and The Hungry Owl. The transformation marks an exciting new chapter, combining an Italian Trattoria showcasing Chef Luigi Tonghini’s authentic Italian cuisine, a wine market featuring over 400 wines and gourmet items, alongside a vibrant wine and craft cocktail bar.

The new space features indoor and outdoor dining, as well as private meeting space, conveniently located at 7899 Cottage Hill Road. Amici is currently hiring staff for the kitchen, market, and restaurant. Dining will be available by reservation only for dinner, with plans to expand to lunch and walk-in service in September.
