JJPR Agency Secures Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards from Statewide Public Relations Conference
Daphne, Ala. – JJPR Agency celebrated at the recent Public Relations Council of Alabama’s (PRCA) “Ignite” state conference, where they brought home a myriad of awards. PRCA’s organization is built to accelerate and amplify the careers of PR professionals, where local events are hosted monthly and a state conference occurs annually.
The East Alabama Chapter ofPRCA hosted this year’s Ignite conference, where faculty, students, marketers, communications pros and community partners were encouraged to attend and kindle momentum through insight, shared experiences and strong networks.
The Medallion Awards Ceremony concluded the Ignite conference, where three different PRCA chapters gathered in acceptance of industry awards. The ceremony announced JJPR with two Medallion Awards for their work on ACCEL Academy’s student recruitment campaign and Eagle Reef’s press conference; three Awards of Excellence on the work performed for the Mobile County Health Department’s Family Health campaign, Kind Café’s communications plan, and a media kit for the USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute (MCI); and one Award of Merit for the planning of USA Health MCI’s lung cancer MONARCH™ press event.

PRCA’s Medallion Awards competition allows members to have work recognized within the industry and receive feedback that can facilitate continuous improvement. The awards are sectioned into three tiers: long-term strategic programs that are 7 months or longer, short-term strategic plans that are six months less, and tactical materials and projects.
