Mobile, Ala. – Sarah Small, O.D., optometrist, joins Diagnostic & Medical Clinic’s (DMC) comprehensive eye care and surgery team which includes William Murrah, MD, general ophthalmology, Paul Taupeka, MD ophthalmology and neuro-ophthalmology and Alan Franklin, MD, PhD, retina specialist. As an optometrist, she will provide primary vision care. Her services will include diagnosing and treating eye diseases, vision problems as well as performing comprehensive eye exams and prescriptions for contact lenses and eyeglasses.

Dr. Small is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts. She earned her doctor of optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Dr. Small has been practicing as an optometrist in the Mobile area for more than 10 years.
