Kimberly Coleman – State Farm has been named the Mobile Chamber’s Small Business of the Month, recognizing the agency’s commitment to personalized customer service and and community involvement in the Mobile area. With more than 20 years of personal industry experience, Coleman brings extensive knowledge and a customer-focused approach to the agency.   

Founded by Kimberly Coleman, the State Farm agency was built on a mission to provide insurance solutions while creating a welcoming environment for customers. Coleman began her insurance career in 2004 and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mobile.   

Today, Kimberly Coleman – State Farm offers a comprehensive range of insurance products, including auto, home, renters, life, health, pet and commercial business insurance. Serving Mobile and surrounding communities, the agency is also licensed in Mississippi, Georgia and Florida. Through insurance reviews and personalized coverage options, the team helps customers protect what matters most.  

Under her leadership, the agency ranked No. 1 in auto insurance growth and No. 2 in fire policy growth among 52 agencies in the Alabama-Mississippi coastal territory. These achievements reflect the agency’s emphasis on customer retention, strategic growth and service.
