Effective August 3, 2026, Rodgers assumed the responsibilities of president and CEO designate under a Board-approved Executive Leadership Transition Governance Framework. He is expected to assume the position of president and CEO upon the retirement of current president and CEO Bradley Byrne on July 1, 2027.
