City of Mobile 2025 Municipal Election Results and Upcoming Mayoral Runoff
Voters participated in the City of Mobile’s municipal elections on August 26, 2025, selecting representatives for all seven City Council districts and narrowing the field in the mayoral race.
The Mobile Chamber extends its congratulations to all newly elected and returning City Council members and looks forward to working together in the upcoming term. The Chamber remains committed to collaborating with city leadership to strengthen the business community, advance economic development initiatives and support Mobile’s continued growth.
In the mayoral election, no candidate received more than 50 percent of the vote, requiring a runoff between the top two finishers. The runoff election is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23, 2025, and will determine the next mayor of Mobile.
